Tracy Djerf is the Team Leader in Ball Plant 2 at the Acushnet Company.

Tracy was the 2012 CCPGA Assistant Professional of the Year. She has been an LPGA Class A, Member since 1996. Tracy received an MS in Education, Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Professional in 2019 and OPTI Learning certified in 2016.

Tracy was most recently the Director of Instruction at Woods Hole Country Club. She has also been the women’s golf coach at Illinois State University, the Head Golf Professional at Waverly Oaks Golf Club and an Assistant Golf Professional at The Bay Club at Mattapoisett.
